Hello, I am planning on buying some new ram sticks and I saw the dominator rgb had a 4x16gb 3466mhz cl16 and a 3600mhz cl16. My question is on if there is a noticeable speed difference both with and without overclocking?

I plan on upgrading my 2070 super fe to a 3080 and was wondering how the clearance is since I have an h150i 360mm radiator on the front. I saw on the corsair site somewhere that it should fit but saw no mention of if it will with a front mounted radiator. is it possible to mount it? Also would a 3090 fit as well?
