Solved after updated windows 10 to version 1909 (was 1903 ).

Good Morning. I am having problems with the ICUE software. Every time I need to start it to change any macro, it closes and needs to be reopened. If I hover the mouse over the icon next to the clock, the ICUE crash and close. I need to open it again for it to work. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled, run ICUE as an administrator, but none of this resolves. There have been countless unsuccessful attempts .. Any ideas?
