Icue driver and Firmware were all up to date. i was hoping an update to icue would fix, but there's no firmware updates since. where can i get old firmware files to try rolling back?

I'm having the same problem. Volume stays at 100, even if i change it it windows it instantly snaps back to 100, regardless of which pc i plug it into
