When I first bought my QL fans they were working perfectly fine but then I took them out to put them on a new AIO that I bought and now one of the fans works, the inner ring of the second one only works and nothing works on the third one. When I swap number 1 and 3 around in the rgb hub number 3 starts working and 1 doesn't but the second one only lights up its inner ring no matter where it is. I've tried pretty much everything, swapping cables, uninstalling software and I've tried different usb headers but nothing can get them to work. Also nothing has changed from how they were plugged in before to how they are plugged in now except I put the fans on a PWM splitter.
