  1. Unfortunately I tried all those trouble shooting steps and nothing resolved the problem. Corsair responded and created a ticket and I was able to RMA the old mouse. They sent a replacement while mine was in transit back to them. So far I have no issues with double clicking with the new one. Thank goodness, I really liked this mouse!
  2. Been a week and still no response with a ticket number yet. I had to unplug the mouse and revert to an older model corsair mouse which does not have this issue at all as daily use has become so bad. Very disappointed because I really liked the mouse feel a lot more.
  3. Good question. I logged in with my account and used the chat dialogue which loads up to both trouble shoot and request support. However, it looks like they did not provide any ticket number for the same and mentions that I would be contacted via email with a ticket number. I am not sure how long that will take but will have to update this thread once I hear back..
  4. Hello, I am struggling try to resolve a double clicking issue which starting happening a few weeks ago to my Corsair mouse. The model is: Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE, Wireless FPS/MOBA Gaming Mouse with Slipstream Technology, Black, Backlit RGB LED, 18000 DPI, Optical, Qi Wireless Charging Certified and it was purchased less than 1 year ago. Really like this mouse apart from this issue. What occurs is my pc is registering a single click as a double click more than 50% of the time I use it. I have tried updating to the latest version of iCue and updating the firmware of the mouse as well but the issue persists. Here are the details of the versions below: iCue (4.11.274) Mouse (5.0.84) Dark core pro se dongle (5.0.84) I have also tried doing a hard reset (holding down l+r mouse buttons while off and then powering on) but it also doesn't seem to solve the problem. Sometimes I get no issues temporarily but it eventually comes back shortly after. I've submitted a help ticket to Corsair customer service as well but haven't heard back. Hoping someone from the support forums can help here while I continue to search thread here and reddit. Thank you.
  5. So sadly I am still facing the sleep issue after additional troubleshooting yesterday/today. The sound issue I was having was resolved by updating a few realtek drivers through windows update and reinstalling iCue. Now, if I uncheck the 'Enable SDK' option in iCue, the PC behaves normally when I MANUALLY force the pc to sleep. It wakes up with no issues and work where I left off. I am not sure why this option needs to be off though? I cant use streamdeck without this option selected. Additionally, the underlying problem is that my PC will still never enter sleep mode (after a given duration) unless I manually do it. The screen will turn off, but not the PC. Hoping there are some more responses or others with similar issues that have figured this out..
  6. Hey there, you are not alone. I got frustrated to a point and uninstalled the software today just so my PC runs as it should. I also have the sleep/hibernation issue you mention. In many cases the PC will not sleep automatically after the idle time threshold unless I manually force it to. Upon wake up, I've also received a BSOD a few times but I've also seen that lighting is sometimes messed up. This software doesn't play nice with MSi Mystic Light either. My biggest issue currently is that my sound is heavily distorted and skipping in an out from my speakers with the software installed. When I uninstall the software, my speakers and sound work fine immediately. heres the parts I currently am using for reference: CPU Cooler: CORSAIR iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT Headphone Stand: Corsair ST100 RGB Headphone: VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Gaming Headset — Gunmetal Fans: 6 CORSAIR QL Series, iCUE QL120 RGB, 120mm RGB LED Fan Exterior LED: Corsair LS100 Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Mouse: Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE, Wireless FPS/MOBA Gaming Mouse Mobo: MSi Creator TR40
  7. I am not sure but I am having many problems with iCue. None of the versions (3.34.161, 3.34.170 most recent) are working correctly with my build and I've tried several trouble shooting steps already. Hoping someone can help resolve my issues as I already own a bunch of the latest corsair hardware and thinking of returning/selling them all due to the type of problems I am having. Currently, the biggest issue I observe is that sound is completely garbled or or even missing while iCUE is installed when I try to output to any device beside my headset. When I uninstall the iCUE software, my Razer soundbar works fine. I have tried uninstalling my Corsair Virtuoso wireless headset and Corsair ST100 stand directly from device manager, as well as unplug them and then reinstall iCUE but the issue persists. Another issue I am experiencing is that iCUE may be preventing Windows 10 from entering sleep mode properly automatically. Additionally if I force system to sleep manually, upon wake up, lighting settings are random at times. Finally I noticed that this software does not play nice with MSi Mystic Light even though the 2 software’s are being used to control lights for completely different hardware installed. I believe all of these issues are related to iCUE drivers as once I uninstall the software, the entire system works fine.. The sad part is that there is no control over the RGB at that point. Here is my current hardware setup Below: CPU Cooler: CORSAIR iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT Headphone Stand: Corsair ST100 RGB Headphone: VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Gaming Headset — Gunmetal Fans: 6 CORSAIR QL Series, iCUE QL120 RGB, 120mm RGB LED Fan Exterior LED: Corsair LS100 Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Mouse: Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE, Wireless FPS/MOBA Gaming Mouse Mobo: MSi Creator TR40 I really hope someone can help me resolve these problems as I really do like the quality and look of the RGB and products in general from Corsair.
  8. Has there been any resolution or fix for this issue? I also experience the same issue with my new build and first time using Corsair iCue. I've attached a snapshot highlighting the profile screen which shows 6 profiles which load up upon restarting the PC despite deleting them. As the other user suggested, you have to delete or the system will utilize all settings from this profile (including performance, CPU fan speed) which is really annoying.
