I wanted to do the exact same thing so I have been watching so many youtube videos on this and reading all the posts on this forum and this will not work. You will also need 2 RGB Controllers/Hubs. The ones you normally get in the 3 packs of corsair fans but can be bought seperatly. Different fans won't work on the same hub. You need to connect the LL fans to Hub 1 and then connect that to LED 1 on the Commander pro and then connect the ML fans to Hub 2 and connect that to LED 2 on Commander Pro. Even if all fans were the same you would still need one Hub to connect all 6 fans to, but a combination of different series i.e QL, ML, LL etc are not compatible on the same hub.

Instead of buying an additional ML fan and 2 RGB hubs I might just buy a 3 pack of LL120's that come with an RGB hub and run them all of one hub since I think the LL's look better and I don't plan to overclock so LL's should be sufficient.
