Flashfyer

Hi all, I just bought a Scimitar RGB MOBA/MMO Mouse, and I installed the latest version of the iCUE software. I set up the software in order to set up keypress on the mouse side buttons press. However, while the keys light up, pressing one of the side buttons does absolutely nothing. I've tried setting up the mouse buttons multiple times, different profiles and everthing, but nothing seems to work! Please help
