I tried part of your solution (just the run as admin part) and it worked ! I just went to C:\Windows\System with the file explorer, right click on the file HsMgr64.exe , click properties, go to "compatibility" tab, check "run this program as administrator". Then I did the same thing for HsMgr.exe file in directory C:\Windows\SysWOW64 . Then the error comes back at the first shutdown, but disappears at the second. I guess it's because when I changed the setting the program had already started at system startup, not as admin, but after rebooting, it started as admin, then no problem anymore. Did several more reboots and shutdowns just to be sure, no error anymore. It also solved a problem I was having with Spotify, where I had to change the default device back and forth in order to be able to play music with it.
