  1. Didn't seem to help. Tried reinstalling--no good either.
  2. I have another ticket open right now for another issue related to the new iCue update, but I haven't heard anything on it yet. I was hoping that someone here had a similar issue and had a solution.
  3. I take it back. It doesn't take the computer going to sleep for the LEDs to freeze.
  4. Hey gang, So I'm having a weird problem, and I don't know if it's iCue or something else. After my computer has been on for a while and goes to sleep (it doesn't seem to happen otherwise), some of my ambient lights will freeze. I have an LS100 kit on the back of my monitor, and some of the lights will freeze up and not change at all. Once I unplug the power and replug the lights, it fixes itself. On one, it's the whole strip that freezes. On another, only a couple lights will freeze. They're still on, just displaying a static color. Is this a new bug with the recent update? All other lights are working just fine.
  5. I got excited for a second when I saw a reply... LOL...
  6. Hey all, I did a search on this, but I couldn't find anything. I have a K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard. Every so often, the RGB will freeze up. Nothing else freezes--the keys still work, the lights are still on, but any RGB effect I have going, whether stock or custom, just freezes where it's at. I have iCue v. 3.30.97 and keyboard firmware is 4.11.25, which seem to be the most up to date versions. I've tried running only Corsair stock effects, but it still freezes. I've tried playing with the polling rate, but that didn't help. Other than "Just run a static color," any thoughts? Fiferguy
