    For me, my RGB lights didn't light up until I used a 5-wire SATA power connector from my PSU.

    I ran into the same issue until I used a 5-wire SATA power connector. Right after I plugged the cooler to a 5-wire SATA connector, the RGBs lit up.

    Thank you very much for this info! I experienced no RGB, waterpump failure, and fans running at 100% after updating my iCUE H100i Pro XT to the latest iCUE software & firmware at the same setting. Fortunately, I was able to manually re-flash the firmware and by running on an older version of iCUE (3.28.70 instead of 3.29.110), my H100i Pro XT is running normally again. I can't believe Corsair has released such a buggy update. :mad:
