I guess my issue is sort of similar, i have the same case and it is just the case fans that arent working. They were working but just stopped after like 2-3 days. If you work out how to fix it can you please post in here so i can try that too as my thread doesnt seem to get any responses. Edit: Didnt notice you can still control yours, i cant, but mine do spin and shoot rainbows.

Hi Guys, I seem to be have trouble detecting my case fans. I have had the case for a few weeks now and they were working at the start but then intermittently they would stop being detected and defaulting to rainbows but now have stopped detecting altogether. These are the remedies i have seen on here and have tried but to no avail. • Reinstall Icue • Change USB hub on motherboard • Reinstall USB drivers • Swap USB hub with known working hub (eg with corsair CPU cooler) – CPU cooler works on both. • Swapped Sata power cables around • Swapped fans around on fan/lighting controller • Disabled fast boot in windows • Ensured Bios was updated From what i gather the attached photo shows them in USBDeview as the vendor id is the same as the CPU cooler (1b1c) but they come up as not connected... Any suggestions on how to fix this it would be appreciated.
