Hi Thanks again this solution worked for me. Saves me having to restart the whole computer. cant thank you enough. Just to recap my issue is that none of the side buttons work on my Scimitar Pro Mouse, basically its not loading the profile at all. This happens when i startup the computer on a cold boot or in this case after an update to version icue 3.28.70 and a restart of the computer. it is an intermittent issue and the mouse is only about 4 months old. Its a shame that this has not been fixed or addressed officially yet by the developers in software patch/update or even a disclaimer. If it continues to be an issue then i feel my next peripheral device purchase wont be from corsair.
