  1. I wish I had sorted this out, but no, no fix yet.. I was on the line with Corsair support yesterday to see what they had to say, I mentioned everything stated here and the support agent was also completely stumped. I said "it seems like it might be software related since Windows can recognise the cooler, its just iCue that doesn't want to co-operate" - anyway, I was asked to download some Elgato program and run it, then send the zip file over to them to have it analysed by their AIO specialist. In regards to your suggestion, I did something similar when I installed it and the problems started, if I recall, I even tried leaving the option on and rebooting but to no avail.. From what I could gather, it might have something to do with Corsair and the x570 Ryzen chips.. I don't know if its a problem on Corsair's side, or the chips but.. I'm not willing to trade in my motherboard so I can get it to work, if the specialist can't figure it out and help me fix it, I will RMA the cooler and get a refund to put towards an NZXT AIO instead I think..
  2. Surely it should be the responsibility of Corsair to support the boards chipset rather than force its users to swap their boards out? Although in my case everything else works except the H150i XT - I did reach out to support yesterday and got into contact with Drick through their phone lines, they made me install an elfato program and have it run, then send the zip file produced by said program back to them so they can have their AIO specialist take a look. I'm hoping for the best, maybe a software update can fix it.. If it doesn't, I'll be sending my H150i XT back for a refund and getting an NZXT cooler instead I think..
  3. I've also now discovered it seems to make the windows disconnect/reconnect sound constantly, when I leave the H150i RGB PRO XT unplugged, the sound of constant disconnecting and reconnecting goes away
  4. Can now confirm I keep getting the disconnect sound as well.. I don't know why I couldn't hear it before
  5. I'm having a similar problem, I don't know if mine is a connect/disconnect issue, but Windows recognises my H150i Pro RGB XT, iCue doesn't. I purchased the NZXT hub hoping it would fix my problem but it doesn't. The pump is working, and my commander pro and 2 lighting hubs connected to it work fine as well. The RGB on the CPU plate doesn't even light up generic colours? I have Gigabyte Aorus X570 Ultra..
  6. Weirdly enough, that didn't fix the problem. Again, windows recognises it, but Corsair refuses to..
  7. I don't suppose you have any advice on maybe how to run push/pull on the cooler? I was thinking fan splitters but I don't know if thats wise.. I have 3 QL120s on it right now, but I'm looking at the 3 fans it came with and thinking "can I use those too?"
  8. Yeah I have messaged them and awaiting response, gonna see if there really is no other options other than having another cable this evening. Otherwise I might be SOL and be forced to get another PSU with more SATA cables in the box, which would be sad since my PSU is just over 1 year old :/
  9. I have a modular one so I assume I should be able to just plug some more in, but I tried using one from my old Corsair 750 PSU and it doesn't work with it.. Then I found out it needs to be compatiable or something so I'm a bit lost as to what to do.. I reached out to EVGA to see if they had any guidance about where I can get some more SATA power cables for the PSU I have..
  10. Can I ask what power supply you use? I'm having trouble finding some extra sata power cables for my EVGA GQ 750 and I'm needing a couple more by the looks of it
  11. I will definitely give this a shot! If a purchase this cheap can save me having to go through the hassle and waiting for a new one from Corsair, I'll take it on the chin and accept it! Thanks!
  12. Are we talking one of those external USB hubs? If so, how would that work? route the USB cable to the outside of my case? or is there something internal? Also, Windows recognises it? which leads me to believe it might be a software problem in iCue maybe?
  13. I've messaged support. I don't understand why windows can see it but iCUE refuses to. If this ends in another RMA I'm pretty sure I'll have to just ask for my money back and do something else.
  14. I have also just tried to disconnect one of the lighting node cores on the commander pro and replaced it with the one from the cooler, and it (again) registered and was "set up" on windows.. but iCue still doesn't want to recognise it.. I'm at a loss at this point, every USB seems to detect to some capacity, both internally or externally, but the RGB refuses to turn on, and iCue refuses to see it, even though windows sees it? the bios was in fine order too, and its connected to the cpu_fan header.. is this ANOTHER RMA? or do you think there is something I'm missing?
  15. I'm using a Gigabyte X570 AORUS ULTRA, I have the cores connected into the commander pro which has an additional 2 USB headers - on the motherboard I have the commander pro plugged in, and the H150i plugged in, with the cores running off the commander pro itself?
