  1. I just got this keyboard as a gift for Christmas so I feel as though i shouldn't be having any problems with it. After the most recent windows update my keyboard stopped working. However, after a while of being plugged into my PC it starts its default RGB spiral. At first, this issue wasn't a huge problem at all. After it would shut off while playing a game all I would have to do is unplug it and plug it back into the back of my computer. But this problem became persistent. So, naturally I took to the forums to see if anyone else has had similar issues and apparently it is prevalent among others. However, I can't seem to find a definite answer to my problem. I've tried updating all of my drivers for my USBs, downloading iCUE to update the keyboards drivers, unplugging all of my USB ports as well as the PSU, soft resetting my keyboard using the ESC key method and nothing has worked. I submitted a ticket to corsair and they recommended that I send it in and get a replacement. But they'd take around two weeks to get it back to me. With this virus going around I assume it'll take even longer so I don't want to send it back just yet. I was sent a zip file for the firmware to manually update it. but, I can't seem to figure out how to do this. There's no option to manually update my keyboards drivers through iCUE and my keyboard is no longer recognized by windows so it seems that there is no way to do this. I don't believe that it is a hardware issue either because all of the RGBs still work after being plugged into my PC after about 30 seconds. Any help is appreciated!!
