  1. It's my first build and I'm nearly done with all my parts. I have the MSI MEG X570 UNIFY ready to be paired with the 3700x and 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance RBG Pro 3600MHz C18 (CMW16GX4M2D3600C18). I've changed my mind and I do not want any RGB on my build, so I'm planning to sell the RAM sticks and get the Corsair Vengeance LPX instead. The problem is that there's at least three different versions and I can't seem to find the differences, they're all 3600MHz C18 but the model number it's slightly different. Here are three examples of the "same" sticks on the same retailer with a massive price difference: (CMK16GX4M2D3600C18) £73.99 (CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18) £89.99 (CMK16GX4M2B3600C18) £105.74 Could someone please explain the differences between those and is there a reason for the massive price difference? Which ones would you recommend for my build?
  2. Thanks mate! I'll need all the luck, let's see what happens
  3. This is the corsair h100i rgb platinum se, I had no idea it would be so simple as adding a splitter, thanks mate!
  4. As you can see in the picture I'm doing some mods for my first PC build. I have the pump from the H100i, XR5 radiator and a reservoir. Is there a way to set up three fans to work with the pump? The pump comes with two cables for the fans but I'm doing a triple fan setup with the XR5. Basically I want these three CPU fans to work together, if this is possible, what would you recommend? In case it helps, I have the commander pro.
  5. Call me crazy, I know, I was told not to do this but I must at least try. After a few months of search, I finally got a second hand Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM SE for £30 on ebay, so I'm going ahead with this mod. This is my first PC build and the mix of feelings I've been experiencing are unbelievable. With plenty of time in my hands with everything that's going on, I decided to mod a few things, including making an affordable water cooling PC using a second hand AIO. Got the AIO, and after the disassembly, I have the pump as seen in the picture. I have tubing, a Corsair XR5 360mm radiator and a reservoir, but I need to know which port is the intake so that I can plan the loop. Does anyone know which one is which?
  6. There's a few video tutorials on youtube: [ame=https://youtu.be/TwEOvTNtwO0]Youtube tutorial[/ame] I'm not worried about warranty. Since corsair only has one white aio, I thought about getting it and just replace the radiator. c-attack just said that it use the same pump as the XT. The only reason to do this is to improve temps a little while keeping the noise down, and most important the thrill of doing it. But now I've been looking at custom loops and for £300 (cpu block, pump/reservoir, rad and tubing), I could do something of my own. Im a bit lost with all this ideas.
  7. It's just the fact that the pump and tubes are white, that would really stand out in the build since everything else it's black. But I always have the choice of painting the pump myself and I've seen thats it's quite easy to change the tubes. I was thinking about going crazy and replace the rad with a 360mm, but my biggest fear is that the pump won't perform as intended.
  8. I'm building my first PC and aesthetics are important to me. Pcpartpicker list I'm trying to keep a black & white theme and all I'm missing is the CPU cooler. I was thinking about getting the new H150i PRO XT but it seems to be OOS everywhere, and with all that's going on, it might take a while to arrive. After seeing some complete builds, I must say that the white H100i RGB PLATINUM SE looks incredible, but not sure if it's the best choice in terms of performance. I could use some recommendations when it comes to AIO's. I like the idea of having to do a bit of modding as I have plenty of time now. I had a few stupid ideas. If I end up with the white H100i and replace the radiator with a 360mm rad, it would cost me the same as buying the H150i PRO, do you think it's worth it? Will the pump still perform well? Or any other AIO's, even if in black, I could always paint some parts and replace the tubes.
