  1. Very strange... I moved the internal usb connection from port 1314 to port 1112 and that seemed to have made a difference. No more disconnect sound or funny rgb flickers. Not sure what's up
  2. Yep, firmware is up to date and USB drivers are latest. Don't know if ASMedia USB drivers (my motherboard drivers) have anything to do with that problem.
  3. Managed to get it working through the method above thank goodness. It works perfectly now. The only thing is it gives a USB disconnect sound once in a while.
  4. I am aware of the fix in the video, however, I need a firmware with which to flash. Corsair can take many days to respond to the issue and maybe a week or two as they will probably need to forward me to someone who knows what they're doing.
  5. Hey guys, Same issue over here. I updated the firmware on my H115i Plat and it failed, but still worked, kinda. Contacted Corsair and they told to me to do a fresh install of ICUE, which I did. They gave me an older version and I tried to update the firmware on it once again, this time it completely bricked the unit. Fans go at 100%, RGB is non existent and I am now getting a cpu fan error. Pump still works however. So here I am, I had to resort to letting the GPU control the fans but now awaiting a response from Corsair, who will hopefully provide me with a firmware to reflash or something of the like. Why has a fix not been issued a year later? I guess ASMedia is not interested in Corsair's problems or the problems of the customers.
