Hey huskyuk, thanks for taking time and post your solution. Somehow it does not show me a hexfile, could be because i reinstalled icue plenty of times and also cleared all folders. i wonder if there any site where we can download the firmware update manually? I am already writing with the customer support, but even as there are many people with this issue, they don´t seem to be aware of this. After 3 mails i am now forwarded to a cooler specialist... and every mail is 3 days of waiting. It´s quite sad because i was really satifsfied with their hardware so far, but the support and software is "special" Also crazy that there is no official statement in any of these threads.
