So i just bought a HS50 based on multiple reviews and videos.
Well the sound is disappointing to put it at the most polite level possible.
I have played with my settings front / back ports .. swapped my current headset (also 3.5mm plug) back and forth to compare and the sound was just really bad.
Then I realized my left ear is super quiet, so i plugged in my old headset .. and went to my sound output and dragged my L/R slider .. sure enough the sound goes from one ear .. then the other.
I then plugged in my brand new HS50 .. and drug the same slider .. to the L .. no sound at all .. drug it to the right and sound.
Now if I take the right ear cup off when the slider is in the middle I do hear some sound out of the L ear but its much more quiet than the R side.
Is it a bad headset? Im guessing that I dont have true stereo or something. Hopefully there is quick fix as I bought them off amazon so it would be a total pain to return them.
Any info or help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first venture into Corsair products and im pretty bummed.
