Hi all,
So I am having a ton of issues after installing the LS-100. First, I couldn't get them to work at all. I tried
-uninstalling/reinstalling icue
-changing usb ports
-changing power outlets
-removing surge protector
-forcing firmware updates on all products
-removing all other USB devices
-closing all other programs
-pressing the button 1000 times on the ls100 box
It never worked! BUT, when I woke up the next morning I noticed my wall lit up with a rainbow wave effect. It worked for a moment but when I was fooling around with it, it turned off. It comes on randomly now and if my computer goes to sleep, it probably goes off. I cant figure out what it wrong here. Needs some help.
-yes it is setup correctly
-yes it is configured correctly in Icue
