Thanks i got contacted by email

Hi , i posted a ticket request (2000957572) yesterday and this morning i got the email of the request being opened but i can't login to check . The login for see the ticket request is gone and if i try to access from the front page even with different browsers doesn't log in and i get a big white rectangle or square . Im gonna get updated or questions on my email adress?
