sikebro

i just got my 450d case and when i hooked up all the wires to the motherboard the power switch on the case does not turn the computer on but all the other buttons on the i/o panel work like the reset button. I have checked the motherboard manual to make sure i put all the cables in the right place but still nothing. Any help would be nice i could just have a bad power switch i dont know.
