Sent cooler back to Scan last Friday (agents for corsair here in uk), they received it Monday and still no updates on what is going on, they said within a couple of days ????

I've filled out a request for support but have had no response at all , it just says last activity 2 days ago. My H100i V2 pump died a few days ago and contacted Scan.co.uk who said that I should raise a RMA request with Corsair, so I did. When I click on support tickets it shows nothing on my page?
