  1. Thank you very much for that, had an update saying Scan didn't have the replacement in stock and will locate another warehouse to send replacement. They could've dropped me a note telling me that rather than just say nothing.
  2. Sent cooler back to Scan last Friday (agents for corsair here in uk), they received it Monday and still no updates on what is going on, they said within a couple of days ????

  4. Well I pot in a support request 6 days ago and still no acknowledgement or reply, how long does it take for a reply, ticket number #2000823048.
  5. I've filled out a request for support but have had no response at all , it just says last activity 2 days ago. My H100i V2 pump died a few days ago and contacted Scan.co.uk who said that I should raise a RMA request with Corsair, so I did. When I click on support tickets it shows nothing on my page?
