Hi there, Im consistently seeing my keyboard not working after my PC wakes up from sleep. I have to restart the computer in order for the keyboard to work again. I have the latest iCUE software installed. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there, Just got the K70 LP and the first key (w) i tried to pull with the puller, the whole plastic insert came out. I've tried trying to shove it back in, but it's not going in and i dont want to apply too much more force. Does anyone know how to put this plastic piece back in? Thanks
