So I've been dealing with this issue also. I've gone through every fan individually each one still flickered. I switched out the RGB fan HUB. I even returned my commander pro for a new one. When I would remove the commander pro and use the original HD lighting controller I could cycle through the colors and modes just fine. I switched sata plugs on both commander pro and RGB HUB with no success. BUT I finally solved my issues with the flickering. I was actually my whole PSU. Luckily I had another PC around and plugged the RBG controller into a sata port on the other PSU and BOOM! success! I really hope this helps! Good luck
