I have the same problem... After a few minutes in wireless mode the mouse falls back to some hardware mode which I don't even have anymore in iCUE... I just got the mouse back because of the broken scroll wheel... This is my last corsair product and also I will tell everybody I know to not buy anything from this brand anymore... Also, reviews wherever I can and all social media will be used to spread this message I would advice everybody to do the same because right now it looks to me like Corsair is not listening at all...

Okay, that's a strange quirk by iCUE. When I connect it via Bluetooth it shows me 100% Via dongle, you don't see that is full just that it has a full battery symbol.

Hello, I just bought the Ironclaw wireless and in iCUE it shows me that the mouse is charging even after being plugged in for 5 hours. I'm using the newest firmware for both dongle and mouse. I'm using the newest version of iCUE. I discharged the mouse once completely and now it is charging for 5 hours and it still shows that is charging in iCUE. When I connect it via Bluetooth it shows me 100% in the Windows 10 Bluetooth settings. Any help here?
