I recently received an HX1000i I had purchased directly from the Corsair website. Before unboxing, I noticed the top of the box has tears in the top face consistent with removing the security seal sticker. Upon looking further there is actually a bottom half sticker still underneath my sealed sticker.
To top it off the crease in the top face allows for opening the box without removing the sticker. I was able to pull the entire contents out of the box without removing the seal. This included 1x power cable, 1x bag of hardware/ties, 2x users manuals, 1x bag of interconnect cables and finally the entire power supply itself.
I was able to confirm that it is the correct model number but I'm not 100% sure this isn't some type of refurbish that I payed full price for. The ease of removing the contents without disturbing the security seal as well as the already less than brand new condition of the box is causing me some concern.
My questions are has anyone else seen this type of situation before? and what actions did you take if any? Is there anything missing?
