Hey Travis, sorry for the absolute late reply. Yeah i know your support is doing the best as we spoke on reddit. Amazon took back all my 12 fans and i moved to another manufacturer for now. But i will come back with the next generation of fans for sure because i still love corsair. Im honest that fans made me really angry wasted tons of time. But Pc Building is also a hobby. The rest of my ecosystem is still full corsair and i like it. A nice designed corsair mic with voice monitoring would be fine, rgb mic ❤️

Just Tapped the lower right fan with the Palm of my Hand and the green channel works again... The soldering job on the QL Fans is bad...

Every time the green channel dies. I'm now on RMA number 15 on Amazon since January. Spend weeks rebuilding an remaking the cable management. On the Picture you see fan number 13 14 and 15.... I'm not on full brightness I'm not on full white... What is this ? Used to be a hardcore corsair fan... But i think i move on.

Btw if i tap the spot with the LED soft with my finger the green led part sometimes gets activated again. So it is a error in soldering.

Its still a solder problem not a software problem. it has nothing to with software when the green channel dies due heat. Its a problem after a simple manufacturer date.

I bought a set of q120 when they first came out last year... These 3 fans are still good. All fans I bought in January seem to have faulty LEDs. On my next triple pack of ql120 the leds start to die. But only on them I bought in January. After the first ql140 LEDs died I lowered the brightness. Still the leds break. I use mostly whitish colors or I use the dynamic integration in Metro or division. Everytime it is the green part of the leds! Mostly the broken LEDs heal after they get warm for a few hours. So there might be a solder problem. No I need to replace that fans again spending a whole evening after work again. I just replaced the ql140s. .

farcry 5 and yes. As the other user stated it's a problem in 4.10 edit: still problems in 4.9 going back to 3 now for the full immersion.

hmm well okey thanks. as i found out now everything over 850 rpm behaves weird and noisy. under 850 not.

Same for metro exodus and Farcry. Its broken in icue 4. Ql fans wont work lt100 and ls100 wond work. k100, mm700, h100i and the commander with 4 strips works. the ql fans are on a lightning node core. there is the issue.

But is it that noisy ? :-0

After I start the PC the fans are quite for a while. After a while the fans start to fluctuate in rpm and the whole system starts to produce a windy noise under 1000 rpm. 6 ql120 fans split on 3 channels and 3 ql140 fans on the other 3 channels. As I read in this board it should be a problem to split them. After turning the 6 Ql120 off the QL140 are still choppy and fluctuating no problem with the Ql120. if i put the ql140 on 3pin mode in the settings of the commander everything is okey but they only spin on 600 rpm. Any ideas ?

Changed nothing. Going back to icue 3 solves it.

Same here the immersive experience is gone with icue 4. Only the strips ram keyboard and pump of h100i works. Nothing else.

hey ledoyen thanks. but after only 3 months of usage ? maybe 4 hours a day? :o but i gonna reduce the led brightness a bit for now.

Hello the green channel of my ql140s is dying one after another. So far 2 LEDs. If they get warm after hours they'll work again until they cool down.

Hey albert. I fixed this issue via uninstalling the corsair audio drivers for the virtuoso via the device manager reboot and plug the headset in with icue closed so icue has no change to install the audio drivers over the windows legacy drivers. ONCE AGAIN an issue is fixed via using the windows driver over the icue drivers. thats the 10th time since virtuoso release i had to do this with various problems. The next headset is a studio headphone again.

It is disabled in icue but still enabled on windows after that and sounds total bad. If it is disabled in ique it should even be an option in windows.

hey albert. 2 channel is available but after windows restart its on 8 channel again. on a normal device there is a 5. tab called enhancement where you could turn off surround. but not on corsair.

every time its back to 8 channel. Also the enhancements tab is missing. how do i fix this ? it sounds total bad in this config.

Oh didnt saw that. The gpu arrived today. the problem is if icue is closed to taskbar its still 40%. Its strange. Don´t know how it was with my 2070 this morning but i just noticed it. do you think the 40% usage will be stolen from games ? or do they have a higher priority ?

Title says everything. with the newest icue and the rtx 3080 i get on windows desktop 40% gpu usage. After closing Icue it goes down to 0. Every programm open 0% icue open 38 to 40%. Icue closed 0%.

Thx Sir! you saved my day.... yesterday on a round halo wars suddenly my xmp profil on my x470 aorus gaming 7 wifi didnt work anymore and i got various bluescreens from memory management to kernel stuff... i dont know why but now it works again with the tRC timing of 56. i dont know why but it works. Thanks. i also dont understand why suddenly my xmp profile went crazy.

WPE cant controll all leds via the SDK still 1.5 LL120 and 4 Led Stripes not controllable. Everytime the same LEds.
