OMG...
My Corsair One needs a repair and Corsair approved that. My ticket started at April 4, I think.
I cannot be sure, since my 2 tickets have dissapeared last night, at the same time as Corsair remade their website.
I cannot be sure since I did not copy the numbers of my 2 tickets. Now I am stuck and I cant do anything. I shipped my PC to Taiwan and they received it 11 days ago, and I have not heard anything from them.
Has anyone else the same problem? Can anyone find the webpage to create a new support ticket?
I am lost here.....:(:
