its worse for me the mouse dosent even show up in ICUE

last night i went in to CUE to look for firmware updates as you do, and i saw i had an update avalible for my mouse so i clicked on it it started downloading then the lights went out no my mouse and i thought nothing of it i just thought it was installing so i left it for 2 mins came back to it and still nothing. So i replugged the mouse and i got a popup in the lower right of my display which i thought was strange (at this point i couldnt use my mouse at all) i navigated to my file explorer using my keyboard and found a device called CRP DISABLED. which i assume is the mouse because it disappears when i remove the mouse. i have now resorted to using my phone as a mouse so if there is anything anyone can do to help me it would be greatly appreciated. the mouse is a scimitar pro rbg is that helps
