  1. I have a PC with i9-12900k, 64GB ram, and several NVMe drives for OS and DATA. I also have 4 - 4TB SATA Drives for long term storage in a RAID array. My Corsair products are white Keyboard, white Mouse, white RAM, white CPU Cooler, and several white Fans. yes it has white pretty much everything else too. I can tell you simply that the iCUE software is HIORRIBLE!! it doesn't work no matter how many times I set it. The colors are never correct. If you set a color the way you want it it will revert to red the next time I use the computer. Then the biggest problem of all, I use a UK version white keyboard. The small key "\|" next to the left shift key is huge pain. I am always hitting it instead of the shift key. So I wanted to remap it to "shift". This simply doesn't work no matter what I do. In hindsight I wish I had gone with a different standard for my peripherals. Corsair is a really poor choice and I wish I had not invested. There is also no support. I have called, chatted, and anything else I can do to reach out to Corsair and all I get is kids who don't know the product are 0 help. Like "did you try to re-boot it"? If anyone is reading this and thinking of buying peripheral products don't bother with Corsair. Don't try to put everything under 1 control dashboard because it doesn't work. The iCUE software is so poorly designed with multiple areas such as Lighting Effects, then Hardware Lighting Effects, Key Assignments, then Hardware Key Assignments. Then there is Device Settings. Why cant there simply be a "save" button" that actually works? Then there is more settings for the dashboard and profiles. There is also a library. I doubt even the people that wrote this horrible software can make it work. I just want my devices to all be 1 static color. I want 1 key to be remapped. I have set this key so many times I am sick of it. It never works. There is no way to test anything either because you need to "overwrite" whatever profile, library, device, or who knows to even try to save a setting. Why is red the favorite color to revert to?? I have changed my keyboard mouse, fans, cooler, and ram color so many times and it always reverts back to red. The entire product idea of corsair just sucks ands I wish I had never bought it.
