I have been using the search feature but does not seem like I found my solution. I understand I am new to icue so I'm sure this is an easy fix. I am trying to use my dark core pro via the wireless usb dogle they provide. I have went into icue and configured all my settings I would like. Example: colors, dpi and changing marco for certain buttons. Here is the problem. If the software is running the macro buttons are not working. They go to the default use meaning the dpi button is the dpi button instead of the "home" key as I want. If I close the software the marcos work; however, the dpi and colors are not correct. What is the correct method and steps to fix this?
