That quite honestly doesn't answer the question in the least.

I registered to post this. I've been having issues with my Scimitar just like the ones previously posted and have been watching this thread for about 3 weeks. On 1/4, it was stated that they have a fix that is going through testing. What is the ETA on that? I am considering just ditching this Scimitar in favor of Logitech, which sucks because if it actually worked it would be a good mouse. I am not trying to be negative but it is hard not to be.
