  1. Thinking at this point, that perhaps more than a tiny amount of hardware is being remeasured and retested from the N980. If they re-engineer the entire bracket that would be fine with me. I just want it to properly fit and work as intended and advertised.
  2. I've been thinking that as well, every day we draw closer to release of another generation of cards. Pascal is supposed to be an enormous leap forward. I might just end up selling my 980Ti as is and keeping the H80iGT as a back up CPU cooler. Had I foreseen this scenario, I would not have made any purchases months ago and just kept using that noisy GTX 770.
  3. I'm guessing we'll be opening CS tickets in order to receive the updated standoff kits. Looking forward to the fix and installing the cooler with a H80iGT.
  4. Thank you for the clarification. I just noticed the small text box on the back of the package, mine is also rev AC. I'll keep checking back for updates, crossing my fingers that we have good news soon.
  5. I'm sitting on my N980 kit till I get a clear picture of what direction the engineers are going. I did want to mention my kit seems to have a model number starting with CB. Early on in this thread I saw a discussion about CA and how long it must have taken to reach so many revisions. I'm curious as to how many other people might have revision CB and I'm curious as to what the difference(s) between these and the CA models. (Off Topic) I'm surprised I waited this long to register as I've been using Corsair products since DDR2 and currently have an H100i on my CPU.
