Opened a ticket 4 days ago and yet haven't got any reply from customer support, ticket#2000771875.

Recently my scimitar-rgb mouse scrolling wheel has not been working properly, sometime it scroll up when i tried to scroll down and scroll down when i try to scroll up, tried reinstall driver and iCue but it didn't fix. Are there ways to fix this or should i just RMA it? Since it's still under warranty.
