Hi, I have a new RM850x Shift PSU and the 24 Pin is unlike any i have seen before. Pin 20 is vacant as usual. However so is Pin 14 (-12v) Of the 3 other PSU's i have and all i have seen on the interwebs all of them have a wire here. Mine is not but pin 13 has 2 wires. I am assuming this is new to Type 5 but i need to be sure before i use it on my new system; I need a definitive answer. thanks

My headphone jack is jacked on my front panel. I am wondering if i am able to get the io panel off if swapping the headphone jack with mic jack is easy. I do not need the mic. Is the cabling just plugged onto the jacks or soldered ? I can get the front cover off but the io panel is locked in by cabling and has no slack, and i cannot get to it easily from inside cuz my case is mounted under my desk and a chore to take down to enable opening it. But if i knew i could easily use the mic jack for my headphones that would motivate me. thanks

thanks. i reinstalled Icue and reset the mouse. I did not need to make another profile (as someone somewhere said you did) and the light settings were saved and DPI functioning as hoped. return avoided.

I recently got a Sabre RGB PRo m/n RGP0082 I created an alternate profile so i can have no lights on and not have Icue running. The no lights works great but I cannot get the DPI setting to stick on stage 3. When I restart without Icue it is on stage 2 according to the lights on the side of the mouse. On both the default and my new settings the DPI shows Stage 3 as selected.
