  1. Yeah, you know, I'm not getting the warm fuzzy from Corsair a lot lately, back in the days of the Vengeance 2000 headset I had and some of the early keyboards, it seemed support cared more. It's been days, I still don't have a response on the ram sticks that literally died under normal use. And this issue is weird, the rgb works, but only for the first hex values. Like, I just discovered that if I set Red (nnFFFF) to 00-08 it runs almost the full gamut of red, everything after 09 up is 'full brightness' I've already uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, and have held off installing MSIs RGB stuff while I've been troubleshooting. I guess I'll just keep ripping out, wiping everything, and reinstalling to see if it ever goes back to normal. But like, it's been a hot minute since I've used Corsair support, is it just normal now they give ZFs?
  2. I'm seriously asking for input here. Anyone? Support?
  3. I am really curious if anyone else has seen issues lately with iCue over the last few updates, or if it's specific to my cooler/controller. Over the last few updates I noticed that while iCue can successfully set the Corsair Pump and Ram's colors properly, but it cannot seem to properly set any of the fans that are attached to the iCue Commander Core that came with my Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Cappelix correctly. For instance, if I tell it to set the color to white, the Pump and Ram show white, but the fans attached to the Cappelix's Commander Core show pastel yellow. If I tell them to be purple, the pump and ram show purple, but the fans show red I ran a test of each color on each fan looking for burnt out LEDs and while the rear fan has two burnt-out blue LEDS (after only a year..) the other fans all show Red, green, and blue like normal when manually set. But using any of the Murals or other color setting tools in iCUE it just does not appear to set them right, and the colors shown on the pump and ram are always different than the fans. They're constantly off-color (the burn LEDs on the rear ML120 not withstanding). Why is this? Things I've tried: 1. Manually setting a static color, but it never matches what's set, the cooler, or the ram 2. Uninstalling version 5, and telling it to delete user settings, reinstalling version 4, same issue 3. Completely hand deleting all files I could find with the Corsair or iCue name, and reinstalling Same problem I'm a little upset, because this cooler, commander core, and these fans, are all seeming to develop irrepairable problems at the 3 years mark, and I just had a matched pair of Corsair Pro RGB 2x8 ram die too. Has anyone seen this? Is the command core going dead? Doesn't seem to be loose wiring anywhere, and I inspected the cables while trying to figure out what died (the ram) and didn't see anything wonky there. Any help here is appreciated, I'm not getting warm fuzzies about all my corsair gear committing sudoku under normal use...
