I figured. Thanks for saving me that time. They definitely gave me the firmware this week. I would suggest people file a support request and ask for the specific version that works. Maybe an increase in support requests will draw attention to the issue and get it fixed.

Any word if there is a new firmware with the new iCue update that dropped today (3.25.60)? Any fix for the mouse yet? They will send you the firmware files if you file a support request and ask for them.

Meanwhile, we're all stuck with unusable mice... Ironclaw RGB, the new paperweight by Corsair! Look, RGB! Come on, there is clearly a workaround someone found with old firmware that fixes the worst issues. How about taking down the broken firmware so we can all update and get mice that mostly work until Corsair figures out the problem. I feel bad for people who may have received this as a gift for the holidays.

The lack of response from Corsair on what is clearly a known issue is infuriating. I used to recommend them for nearly every peripheral when people would ask. But seeing as how iCUE has been nothing but problems, and my mouse is basically useless and a waste of money. I now tell people to avoid them all together. It's a shame because I really like the shape and button placement, but the trash quality of construction (the first one I had, the mouse wheel literally broke off inside the mouse and was just bottomed out) and the lack of decent software has just ruined a product that probably would have been great. Instead of buying Elgato maybe Corsair should have put some money into actually making decent software.
