The 900D was a gift bought from Amazon, when I got the case the windowed side panel will not come off of the case. The button release used to do this appears to be not working correctly. I went to the RMA site and I don't know how to request a new case, it seems to be only for requesting parts. My question is do I do this through Corsair, or do I have to do this through Amazon?
