cosmin
As the title says - what are the best settings to get good surround sounds in Battlefield 4. The ingame settings has the options of Wartapes/Headphones and a surround sound toggle. How to pair the ingame options to the Corsair software in order to have the best results - 2.0 to 2.0 / 7.1 to 7.1 / 5.1 to 7.1. Also which preset is better? ShavedApe
If your looking for directional audio I would stay away from war tapes, war tapes sound great but there is too much ambient noise for them to be of any real worth. As far as corsair software goes at the moment I am on windows 8.1 and due to Corsairs inability to have drivers ready for an OS they have known about for months I can only choose 2.0. In BF3 i chose 7.1 when the option was available and again wasnt very effective but 2.0 with 7.1 source that seemed to work quite well weirdly.
