Nice looking card and EK water block, that's what I'm doing today, voiding the warranty on my GPU. I was at Best Buy one time and ask their sales Boy if he could pull the side panel off a computer so I could look at something. He Informed me if I pulled the side panel off of my case it would void the warranty. I told him son you don't understand how far beyond that we are! VOID YOUR WARRANTY Ha ha ha

Thanks for tuning in again... I'm just waiting on handful of parts now, so we're almost there! ....I received Primochill's 1/2" OD acrylic tubing, so we can see what these "Revolver" compression fittings are all about...., although the carton I received states "Ghost" on the label?....*

http://www.mnpctech.3dpixelnet.com/picture_library/primochill_guide_rigid_acylic_tube_bend_jig_ghost_compression_fitting_hardline_pc_mnpctech5.jpg

To clean and debur edges of the primochill acrylic tubing, you can use hand file or medium grit sandpaper. I've opted for quicker solution and used Plumber's tubing reamer. You can pick-up these Tubing / Pipe Reamers at most Home Improvement Stores, in their Plumbing Aisle. Pretty handy tool for this task, so placed a bulk wholesale order and stocking them here, Pipe / Tubing Reamer

http://www.mnpctech.3dpixelnet.com/picture_library/primochill_guide_rigid_acylic_tube_bend_jig_ghost_compression_fitting_hardline_pc_mnpctech_reamer2.jpg

Place reamer on flat surface, hold it in place, apply pressure while twisting or rotating tube clockwise or counter clockwise*between three blades, then flip reamer upside down and repeat for inner diameter.

Yes, After going thru builder withdrawal, it was nice to just work without any interruptions,

Spent past several weeks learning how to build and operate our new website while waiting for hardware and fittings to arrive. Heres the update pics from the weekend after installing all of the hardware, including SSD, psu and power connections.

Lots of changes have happened at Mnpctech since my last update which had taken me away from the workbench. We had also revised a lot of things along the way make so the ending result was better than the concept. This is more spacious, so the cover clears longer cards, and frozen wanted to highlight the popularity of the retail hard line tubing kits as well. I didn't ditch the "Twisty" tube, it will be included with the build, so they can chose which they prefer.

We're utilizing two Aquacomputer Aqualis 450ml Reservoirs from Frozencpu. (approx. 80 x 80 x 170 mm) These measure 70mm in diameter and made from Borosilicate glass, so they're scratch resistant! There is no color absorption in this glass, so dye colors look more vibrant.

Update on things atm. I bought a 3' x 3' x 3' KEAL road case on Craigslist, similar to this one but Red. It's a lot bigger than this photo leads you to believe. I need to cut out the dividers inside. It was originally used to ship Instruments, but now will used for shipping this build to Frozen's headquarters in NY. The case will strapped to skid for transport truck, to avoid FedEx or UPS.

It's near silent when running at full. I recorded it running the other day, for future video series on my YouTube channel

That was only pic I could find of similar road case. Mine is bigger and Red. The previous owner of the KEAL road case told me it was originally used by Medtronic to ship Instruments. I have to remove the individual compartments to fit the Frozen Tech Station. I plan to sand it and re-paint the case tommorow. I've already scheduled freight truck pick-up for Monday afternoon. The road case will be strapped to a skid.

The 1/2" thick dividers are made from wood, and were riveted into the frame with metal brackets.

http://www.mnpctech.3dpixelnet.com/picture_library/keal_road_case_frozencpu_techstation_mod3.jpg

I will cut and re-use the grey foam to line the interior of the case.

http://www.mnpctech.3dpixelnet.com/picture_library/keal_road_case_frozencpu_techstation_mod4.jpg

Using 3M Super Spray 77 adhesive to re-install the grey foam and repair and portions of the liner that is sagging.

http://www.mnpctech.3dpixelnet.com/picture_library/keal_road_case_frozencpu_techstation_mod5.jpg

I plan to sand and re-spray the case tomorrow, and if time allows, I'll use this 3M Scotch 233+ Green Masking Tape to outline some stencils on the sides of the case.

Soo, over the weekend I gave the Keal road case a theme appropriate look for the gang at FrozenCPU. I used 3M Scotch 233+ Green Masking Tape to mask off portions of the case before using Metallic Blue and Silver Aluminum paint and cut stencils of the "F" and snowflakes from chipboard
