Fan controller just stopped providing power to the fans and I had to wait about a month before I received the replacement part. Now I had to take the case apart and redo wiring just to find out the replacement part is defective as well. This fan controller dial will physically only go up to 70% and at about 20% you can feel a snag in the 'gear mechanism'. I am not happy with this poor QC at all. I purchase high quality parts with the intention of solving problems, not creating additional ones for myself (outside of my control). I don't have time to be disassembling this case repeatedly in attempts to achieve functionality that I should have received out of the box.
