xxking
I will be buying the Graphite 600T soon and been wondering whether or not should I buy the H70 or wait another year.. I've owned the H50 since July of 2010 and I have to say that it is the best cooler I have ever used keeps my CPU idling at 25 and not exceeding 50 degree using prime95 .. I have 2x Enermax Apollish Twister Bearing which got my temps on idle 6 degrees lower (they have thermal sensors therefore I do not run them on max speed as hot as the radiator gets the faster they will work), about 30 degrees lower using Prime95 and I am quite happy.. so the question is - is it worth upgrading now to an H70? subtec
The H70 rad is twice is thick and the pump/block is lower profile. It also comes with two fans. The H70 seems to need more airflow over the H50 to unlock its performance potential. More airflow = more noise. IMO, it's not worth it to go from the H50 to the H70; your temps might be 10% lower or so, but you could probably achieve half that just by slapping a second fan on the H50.
