Problem with alignment of P64

I just have bought a P64 to make it my system disk within a Win XP 32 system.

Now I have followed the instructions and wanted to set up an alignment of 64k.

 

I have used diskpart 5.1.3565 that is installed on my PC and entered "create partition primary offset=64". What I have got as result is: list partition Size 63GB Offset 63MB.

I wanted 64kb and not 63MB !!! I have tried a lot with always delete partition and then create again, but no effort.

Can anyone help me?
