I realize there is no pat answer but running my matched Corsair Ram faster than it is labeled doesn't "wear it out" or something. I had no problems at FSB 206. No, you will not wear it out, you are fine :) As well, your DRAM is running at DDR = Double Data Rate (Rise and Fall of the Sine). Download CPU-z and look at the memory tab.
