Mach3 Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 Hey guys, I had a question about the rebate for the HX 620 PS that I bought at NCIX. On the rebate form I got off their website it say to include the rebate form, a copy of the receipt & a original UPC code(s) that located on the back side of the paper insert. I can't find any UPC on the inside of the box or user manual just the white sticker on the outside back side of the box it's self. Is this the one I'm suppost to cut out & send in?
