hawk87
I was wondering how to change the FSB:DRAM ratio on this motherboard. I am using BIOS rev 1011-004 which is the only BIOS rev that works on my board correctly. Also my memory does not run at its rated speed it runs at a lower speed than it is rated at and my BIOS is different than the one that is pictured in the ASUS manuals that I have. There are screen shots of my CPU-Z and BIOS screen in the attachments. Note: I want to change the FSB:DRAM ratio to something a little lower to raise the speed of my memory. DerekT
Set your timing mode to manual. Disable the mapping of both HW and SW over 4GB. It looks as though your motheboard does not like the 2 X 1GB + 2 X 512MB. Your ram at auto has been halved to 100Mhz. Remove the 2 X 512.
hawk87
I will give this a try in the morning. I just got finished gaming and my RAM is very hot since I no longer have a fan for my RAM (it died 2 days ago) Hope that works!
