Devils-Blood
Hi I have a HX620UK and when I connect the floppy I get a error 40. I know this is to do with the power supply. All other power supplies I have had use a 4 pin connector only connected to the floppy. Is it worth only having the floppy off 1 of the 12v rails with nothing else off that rail. Or is the PSU faulty. Advice gratefully received

Advice gratefully received The adapter works fine on the floppy drives I have here in the lab, have you tried the other side of the cable to make sure it's plugged in correctly? Or changed the floppy cable with another? The floppy cable DOES work through the PSU, though, it's not a flaw by design.
