I have 4Gb of PC-3200 2048MB CORSAIR TWINX 184-PIN DDR SDRAM CL2 installed on my machine. Please could you advise waht settings I can run with. I have already stepped up the MHz to 400 and all is well. i want to check the other settings however as I think the builder set them conservative.

With this memory, you will need a command rate setting of 2T with all four memory slots populated. Also, it is not guaranteed to run stably at the tested 2-3-3-6 timings with all four memory slots populated. In your case, leave all settings at the SPD-detected timings (likely 3-3-3-8) but bump up the DDR voltage to at least 2.70V (but not over 2.90V).
