Disappointed Customer Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 (edited) Had my Vengeance i7500 delivered in early-mid May and it is definitively the worst pre-built PC I've bought since I used to beg my dad for Dells back in the 90s. It is completely incapable of handling two programs running at the same time, such as a game and Microsoft Teams, repeatedly freezes when watching videos on news sites, is constantly at 50% memory usage even when just browsing my work email, and can't even handle two instances of 20 year old World of Warcraft running at the same time. It's a truly abysmal showing. I'm already past the refund window and that's my fault, but you guys deserve some public shaming for selling people this junk. I've already ordered a replacement from a functional company and will be scrapping your product for parts. Shame. Shame.
